Refund policy


Online Class:
NanoGlow European Cosmetics Academy, LLC (“NanoGlow”) does not provide refunds for online class purchases regardless of a reason. Further, NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop are not legally responsible or liable for any practices or products used that may or may not result in a positive outcome.

Note that there are ABSOLUTELY NO refunds on any partially or fully completed courses. If the student cancels having signed into the student platform, there will be NO refund. 

Masterclass:
Any and all deposits for Masterclasses are non-refundable. These deposits guarantee a reserved space in the selected lessons. Final payment of all selected courses are due two weeks prior to the course date. Failure to finalize payment will result in removal from the course date. 

Rescheduling requests due to illness, accident or emergency prior to your course date must be submitted in writing. An allowance for rescheduling to another course date within 90 days with no penalty to deposit or tuition shall be given; there is only one allotment for course rescheduling. Optional dates for rescheduling are based on availability. Course transfers require a written two weeks’ notice minimum. Any course transfers are subject to a non-negotiable fee of $150.00. 

NanoGlow European Cosmetics Academy, LLC (“NanoGlow”) reserves the right to change or cancel any courses due to exigent circumstances, as determined by Management of NanoGlow. In the case of such a situation, alternative course dates will be made at a 10% discounted rate. Conversely, a full refund may also be selected. Refunds may take 7-10 days to process.

It is the student’s responsibility to research the local and state laws regarding licensing and operation. NanoGlow European Cosmetics Academy, LLC is in no way responsible for legal advice regarding laws that govern city, county, state or country.

Students are required to provide their own models. NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop is in no way responsible for providing models for students. If the student cannot provide a model in time for the course start, NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop will attempt to provide one, but NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop is in no way obligated to do so. 

If a course has been paid for and a refund proves to be necessary, written notice must be given at least 3 weeks prior to the course start. Barring the non-refundable deposit, any paid amounts shall be refunded. Any and all refunds may take 7-10 days to process. 

Cancellations made two weeks prior to any class start date are subject to refund excluding the non-refundable deposit and will incur a transaction fee. All refunds are subject to a 4% transaction fee. Refunds will not be made for any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date. 

Products:
All sales on products are final. NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop does not accept returns unless the received item(s) are evidently damaged. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item. NanoGlow Academy and NanoGlow Shop is not responsible for the delay nor the delivery of products once a package has been dispatched from the facility. It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier regarding disputes in delay or delivery of the package. Dispute of charges will not be accepted by NanoGlow Academy or NanoGlow Shop if the package is not delivered as is the responsibility of the carrier, not us.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(NanoGlow Academy or NanoGlow Shop) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop are not responsible for the delay nor the delivery of products once a package has been dispatched from the facility. It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier regarding disputes in delay or delivery of the package. Dispute of charges will not be accepted by NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop if the package is not delivered as is the responsibility of the carrier, not us.

Dispute of charges will not be accepted by NanoGlow Academy and/or NanoGlow Shop for delivered, opened, or unused products. All sales for products are final. The terms of this return policy are accepted by You at checkout.

Any refund deemed by the customer service team will be in store credit or are subject to a 5% processing fee.
